Meg Price

Realtor

It was a long and winding road that prepared Meg, a life-long Richmonder, for her real estate career. Meg spent the last 13 years of her career at her alma mater, Virginia Commonwealth University, working as the Executive Administrator for the President and Board of Visitors. She worked on everything from the development of the Siegel Center to policy initiatives to major special events & donor relations.

Meg left VCU to join her husband’s residential building business-St. Clair Homes. For the next three years, she learned the building business from the inside out. During this time, Meg sold for her husband by holding open houses, developing marketing materials and meeting with customers and Realtors. It wasn’t until 2010 when Meg interviewed the Beran Group to represent St. Clair Homes that Sherry Beran & Kristin Krupp of the Beran Group encouraged her to become a Realtor and sell with them. The rest is history–with Meg becoming a top-producing, award-winning Realtor!

Meg has spent the past eight years taking care of her clients whether selling, buying, or building their “nest.” She states that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the relief of sellers when their house closes or the excitement of buyers when they are handed the keys to their new home. And, of course, Meg has an enormous knowledge of the building process and can assist clients from plans to closing.

Because of her love of music, homes, and design and her fund-raising knowledge, Meg Chaired two of the prestigious Richmond Symphony Designer Houses held every other year in the Richmond Metropolitan Area. The Designer Houses are a huge fundraiser to benefit the Symphony. When not selling real estate or spending time with her grandson, she and her husband love spending time at their “Rivah” home near Deltaville (where she also sells real estate)!
