Born and raised in Richmond, Casie has a deeply rooted connection not only to the local real estate market but to the many residents she calls friends. She grew up in a large family and became accustomed to her parents hosting parties, running a non-profit organization, and serving the community as part of the local Chamber of Commerce. Her core values were molded at an early age and helping others has always been a large part of her life.
Casie has 15 years of real estate and mortgage experience. She has personally served over 650 families buy or sell their personal homes, investment properties, second homes, and financing needs. With her knowledge of real estate and mortgage, she offers customers invaluable insight and experience that sets her apart in her field. She began her career working for her mother and sister as they formed The Beran Group in 2004.
Over the past 15 years, she has been honored with numerous monthly, quarterly, and annual production awards while working with The Beran Group, earned her MBA, interned at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, and worked with two mortgage companies. During her real estate tenure she has worked with relocation buyers, first time home buyers, resale, banks, and builders throughout the Richmond region. Her experience, education, and ethics provide her clients with top results and in return create raving fans.
When she is not serving her clients she spends her free time with her daughter, Alley; trying out new restaurants; and traveling as much as possible.
